Out With the Old, In With the New

But this little boy before my eyes is so full of surprises. Life, now, is like an edge-of-your-seat-moment that just keeps going.
While I want to slow things down, you move on in spite of me. You’re eager and ready. I’m grasping and holding on.
From crib to bed…
From high chair to desk…
From little hands curled in a fist to an inspired writer…
From baby seat to your very own recliner…
Sometimes I feel like I’ve had you forever. I didn’t exist before you. Other times I feel like you were born yesterday and my whole life is new.
You are definitely the exclamation point in our days. Sprinkling smiles and giggles where ever you go.
No words here can tell you how perfect you are and how every day is gift. I never know what new adventure you’ll take me on, but there’s one thing I’m certain…I’m so glad I get to come along with you.

how he is changing so much, i love his big boy bed and his new eating table. what a precious little mummy he is. he is sooo adorable, how it makes me sad to be soooo far away. hugs and kisses to my little tru.
